Seda Durel is an Associate in our Corporate and Commercial department.

Seda has been involved in corporate and commercial matters, mergers & acquisitions, real estate, capital markets and project financing work. She worked in the documenting of complex transactions and negotiating commercial transactions as well as drafting and negotiating real estate and other types of commercial agreements. She focuses on mergers & acquisitions and energy projects.
