Aigul Abisheva

Aigul Abisheva advises on cross-border corporate and financial transactions, including project finance, capital markets, private mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures.

She previously served as group head legal for a state-owned project company developing and constructing a petrochemical complex in Western Kazakhstan. Earlier in her career, she was an associate at an Am Law 100 firm.
