Johanna Santos

Johanna Santos is a Colombian-qualified international lawyer who advises on commercial matters and cross-border corporate and project transactions, with a particular focus on Latin American and African markets.

Before joining Rosenblatt & Company, Johanna worked in Ernst & Young’s Colombian legal practice as a Senior Lawyer, where she advised on international trade matters in Colombia and across Latin America. She previously served as legal advisor to a number of Colombian private companies.
