Ludmila G. Lobikova

Ludmila G. Lobikova is Senior Counsel in Almaty, focused on corporate and commercial matters in Central Asia. Her practice includes energy, natural resources and mergers and acquisitions.

Before joining Rosenblatt & Company, she served for more than 25 years as General Counsel of one of Kazakhstan’s largest industrial companies, following earlier corporate-counsel experience. She brings an operating-company perspective to the contracts, corporate arrangements and local requirements that underpin industrial transactions.
