Phillip Rosenblatt

Phillip Rosenblatt is the founding partner of Rosenblatt & Company and an American-qualified international lawyer focused on finance, major projects and cross-border transactions. He advises owners, investors and financiers on acquisitions, joint ventures, project development and finance, privatizations and strategic investments across energy, natural resources, manufacturing, infrastructure and telecommunications.

Before founding Rosenblatt & Company, Phillip was a partner in Baker & McKenzie’s Cairo office and a member of its Project Finance Group. He previously worked in Baker & McKenzie’s Chicago and Almaty offices, where his practice included limited-recourse telecom and power finance and investment projects across Central Asia. He began his career with Clifford Chance, working on investment projects in the former Soviet Union.
